Learning with Leaders

Pink Shoe Club Leadership Forum provides a broad spectrum of learning and development for a diverse group of participants in a flexible, creative format.

Regular Link & Learn™ events provide an opportunity to network in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere whilst improving skills and learning about relevant aspects of one's career.

Created by Helene Martin Gee with Leadership Director Vanda Green, previously with the Work Foundation and instrumental in its ground-breaking Leadership Profiling. Una McBride, an expert board level coach, who was previously Chair of a charity, provides one to one coaching to further support participants and ensure each individual gets the very best from the Forum.

Speakers are themselves global leaders, and draw on the collective wisdom of their own high profile careers. This is a valuable asset from which participants are able to truly gain knowledge from tangible, real-life experiences shared by a diverse range of leaders under 'Chatham House' rules.

Participants engage in dialogue with other leaders on issues shaping business, community and public life. At interactive round-table discussions everyone is encouraged to contibute widely.

Mentoring is a key part of the Leadership Forum and Pink Shoe Club is able to match members with a Mentor as well as offer Mutual Mentoring and our new Menternship Programme. Please contact us to find out more.
