Pink Shoe Club (Pink Shoe) was created in 2007 by Helene Martin Gee, serial entrepreneur and Parliamentary adviser. It was officially launched by The Lord Speaker, Baroness Hayman at the House of Lords, with Patrons The Rt Hon Theresa May MP and Tessa Sanderson CBE. Founding Patron was former Prime Minister of Pakistan, the late Benazir Bhutto.

An influential and innovative business network working to positively impact life-long development of women, from school students to board level and beyond. Pink Shoe encouraged and supported women leaders from all sectors throughout their career. Strategy was guided by its Senate (advisory board) of senior women chaired by Jill Pay, former Serjeant-at-Arms.

To reflect a growing international presence and expanding range of innovative global programmes for women and under-represented groups, retaining core values of recognition, development, ethics and inclusion, in January 2021 Pink Shoe rebranded as Savvitas – Savvy Women Leaders with Gravitas.
